We offer heated classes in our third floor studio. We utilize infrared technology which feels more like a dry heat opposed to a humid heat. Infrared heat saves energy by directly heating objects with rays opposed to a normal heater that is working to heat an entire room. Not only is infrared heat energy efficient, it has several health benefits.

Infrared heat directly warms muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion. A body that is warmed up can bend, twist, and lengthen further. It helps students open up, melt deeper into poses and gain confidence in their practice.

Infrared heat eliminates metals, chemicals, and toxins from the body. The FIR natural heating mechanism heats from the inside by raising the body temperature to create an “artificial fever.” Studies have shown that in this state, cancer cell growth slows, and white blood cells (infection fighters) are produced.
