COVID-19 STUDIO PROTOCOLS

Please read our detailed COVID-19 response to understand the extra measures we are taking in response to COVID-19.


Please arrive at least five minutes before class starts so that we can all begin together. The front desk will not allow people to enter class five minutes after start time. If you’re new to the studio, please arrive fifteen minutes before class you have plenty of time for a tour and paperwork. Have more questions? Visit our New to Yoga page!

ARRIVAL


We ask that you please silence your phone for the duration of your visit to provide a distraction-free and peaceful environment for all.

CELL PHONES


There is a small metered parking lot next to the studio and street parking all around the studio. There is a large parking lot with 10-hour metered parking on Nipomo and Palm Street behind the studio. You can find free, unmetered parking a few blocks away on side streets (Nipomo & Dana or Nipomo & Pacific/Pismo). There are also two public parking structures on Palm & Chorro or Marsh & Chorro – both a 5 minute walk to the studio and the first hour is free. If you live/work close to downtown, we encourage you to walk or bike to class! PARKING


We have mat rentals available at the studio for $2.00. We also have filtered water so you can just bring a water container to fill up before class.

MAT RENTAL & WATER


Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, cologne, or deodorant in the studio. Cleanliness and minimal scents will be greatly appreciated by all. We have showers available at our Marigold location, and a shower on the 3rd floor at our downtown studio, if you need to take a quick rinse.

Be kind, help, and support each other. We encourage open communication and appreciate your positive feedback and constructive suggestions. Together we will make this world a better place!

Always feel free to make modifications during class to honor your body and avoid injury. But, please follow the group as best you can so we can all feed off the combined effort. Please arrive on time for class and avoid leaving class early. Enjoy your practice and be grateful for the time you have set aside for self-improvement.
