CENTER FLOW BASICS

Good choice for beginners and experienced practitioners. In this basic-level vinyasa flow class we break down fundamental postures and movements to prepare you for all-level classes. Geared toward the beginner, but great for students with more experience looking to further develop basic postures, it is our intention to get you moving so you can feel the effect of yoga, but provide extra instruction at a slightly slower pace to help you build a solid foundation.


CENTER FLOW

Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should start with Center Flow Basics. As you mindfully integrate movement and breath, this energizing class is aimed at the seasoned beginner and intermediate practitioners who are ready to expand their yoga practice.


POWER FLOW

Suitable for all levels and heated with Infrared Panels. Our Power Flow classes are sourced from the Baptiste Yoga Journey into Power sequence, a signature vinyasa flow based on Baptiste Power Yoga Methodology. Power Flow will tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. This powerful, energetic and playful style has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.


CANDLE FLOW

Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. This well-rounded evening class infuses candlelit ambiance and music. Perfect to ease away the day and prepare you for a restful night's sleep. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations.


SLOW FLOW

Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. Slow Flow is a Vinyasa flow that harmonizes breath and movement. This class offers a slower-paced flow geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slower pace.


GENTLE YOGA

Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.


YIN YOGA

Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.


ALIGN

Suitable for all levels. Align is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath.


RESTORATIVE YOGA

Suitable for all levels. Our bodies have an innate ability to relax given the right circumstances. Restorative yoga uses a series of easy, supported poses held for a long time under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation. Yogis developed these poses over many years, but science tells us that, under the conditions set in restorative yoga, immediate effects on heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity are possible. Emphasis on complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body. 


SCULPT

Suitable for all levels. Challenge your body to empower your mind. Sculpt combines yoga movements and adds the use of hand weights and cardio as an opportunity to work different muscles as a compliment to your yoga practice. Arrive prepared to sweat to upbeat music and uncover the physical and mental strength you’ve been seeking using techniques based on cutting edge research to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. You’ll leave class feeling inspired and ready to take on challenges “off the mat” with a smile. It’s not just a workout, it’s a way of life.


CENTER BARRE

Barre is a class that combines elements of ballet, yoga and pilates and uses small micro movements to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body. This is a non-impact class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 


HIIT PILATES

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) Pilates provides a low impact workout that is high impact on your mood. This class is fun, challenging, and is a full body workout using Pilates principles. You’ll use equipment such as hand weights, bands, and gliders to sculpt and tone your entire body.  Arrive prepared to sweat to upbeat music.


AERIAL YOGA

This is an all-levels class that will leave you feeling free and light. The hammock is used as a prop to help you work through a series of standing postures, planks, and inversions allowing you to build heat, strength, and flexibility. Class concludes with savasana in the hammock for a truly blissful experience of being wrapped in silk, feeling safe and fully supported.  Bring your yoga mat and come experience the fun and freedom of aerial yoga!
